This folder demonstrates SNaPshot fragment analysis of the 25-plex system using ABI3100 and mostly pop7 polymer.
The folder includes the following files:
#1  target14854.fsa trace that was electrophoresed without the Liz size standard.
#2  3withStandard.fsa trace of the same individual as in #1 but electrophoresed with the Liz size standard.
#3  reference14854.fsa trace of mixture of DNAs that reveal all possible genotypes electrophoresed with the Liz size standard.
#4  target14854_M.fsa trace of file #1 modified by SNPmplexViewer during the analysis described in file #5.
#5  14854.pdf using Adobe PDF format, the Web form generated by SNPmplexViewer.cgi in analysis of the above reference (#3) and target (#1) traces.
#6  Example25plex3100.ser using GeneMapper SER format, the project that genotypes and compares trace files #4 and #2. 
#7  3100pop4.fsa trace that was electrophoresed on ABI3100 with the Liz size standard using pop4.
