This folder demonstrates SNPmplexViewer analysis using ABI3700
The folder includes the following files:
#1 SNaPshot fragment analysis of the 25-plex system on ABI3700-  3700.fsa trace that was electrophoresed with the Liz size standard.
#2 ABI3730 trace file with variation 84 homozygote AA (A84.ab1)
#3 ABI3730 trace file with variation 84 homozygote GG (G84.ab1)
#4 ABI3730 trace file with variation 84 heterozygote AG (AG84.ab1)
#5 A84G.pdf is using Adobe PDF format and is based on the Web form generated by SNPmplexViewer.cgi while using it as a simple viewer 
   with the above reference (#2) and target (#3) traces. Two other mutations are also indicated.
